  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
  • Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and project charters to clearly define project scope and deliverables.
  • Review and validate contractors’ and consultants’ schedules to ensure they align with project requirements and timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budget estimates and track project expenditures against budget.
  • Perform "what-if" analysis to evaluate the impact of potential changes or delays on project timelines.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that project milestones meet quality standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide planning insights and updates as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support change management processes by assessing the impact of scope changes on project schedules and budgets.
  • Analyze historical project data to inform future planning and decision-making processes.

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
