We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Conduct schedule analysis and recommend solutions to improve project efficiency
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project schedule
- Train and mentor junior planning engineers on scheduling best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of project schedules with other project elements, such as cost and risk management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East is preferred
- PMP or PSP certification is a plus
