• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules for anime production using project management software.
• Coordinate with anime producers, directors, and artists to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of anime productions, identify any deviations from the schedule, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze production data, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of anime projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in anime production and project planning.
