The Job in a Nutshell💡


As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist based in Riyadh, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for Foodics by optimizing our marketing efforts across digital channels, across regions as a central role. Your strategic and data-driven approach will directly contribute to Foodics’ mission of empowering restaurants worldwide with our innovative technology. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy, ensuring that Foodics continues to be a leader in restaurant management and tech solutions.


What You Will Do❓


  • Design, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate qualified leads and optimize acquisition costs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on essential metrics (conversion rate, lead volume, cost per qualified lead, qualification ratio, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness, uncover trends, and ensure budget efficiency for maximum campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing Intelligence, and SDRs, to align campaign strategies with business goals and deliver a cohesive message across all channels.
  • Utilize  A/B testing and other optimization techniques to consistently improve campaign performance, increase lead quality, and achieve KPI targets.
  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize impact and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Deliver clear, detailed reports to Managers on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, including new platform features, campaign types, and emerging tactics to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

What Are We Looking For❓


  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in performance or digital marketing roles with experience in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta  Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager), basic proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an eagerness to deepen knowledge in these areas.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, an interest in taking on new challenges, and Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Who Will Excel❓


  • Candidates with experience in SaaS, F&B, or Fintech industries who can adapt quickly and contribute to a fast-growing environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and any digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Candidates with experience working in multi-national or multi-market advertising campaigns.
  • Those with a proactive mindset who can take ownership of projects, drive innovation, and contribute fresh ideas.
