Key Responsibility


  • Prepare/Review Monthly payrolls and redirect payments.
  • Review/approve third party remittance payments.
  • Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to address, manage and resolve issues and queries efficiently and timely.
  • Maintain employee Personal accounts likes Housing advance, personal deduction & business advances.Prepare End of services calculations for leavers.


  • Review internal processes: identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
  • Follow internal processes and SOP’s; identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
  • Ensuring payroll system is up to date and in compliance with local requirements.
  • Audit payroll reports for each payroll run to confirm accuracy.
  • Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Prepare Month & year end government tax documents and various year end payroll reports as requested.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units.
  • Initiate and support process improvements within payroll to align with corporate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Support with payroll system implementation (if any).
  • Perform complete data transformation prior to migration to payroll system (if any).
  • Work with team on system upgrade and implementation and reporting requirements.
  • End to End testing and review of system updates and configurations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in commerce or accounting
  • Relevant experience in Supervising role
  • Good knowledge of KSA & EGYPT Laws.
