We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Tax Law Department within the Law Organization of Saudi Aramco.
The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco’s business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization.
The Paralegal’s primary role is to support the attorneys in the Tax Law Department. This includes reviewing legal agreements under the supervision of Tax Counsel, collecting and organizing information, and preparing draft correspondence.
Conducting an initial review of legal documentation under the supervision of Tax Counsel
Establishing and executing workflows for collecting and storing information, including official documentation and supporting materials such as legal memorandums, emails, and presentations.
Supporting Tax Counsel with ad-hoc administrative matters, such as dealing with outside counsel, tracking projects, organizing meetings, preparing reports as well as meeting minutes, and drafting correspondence.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited university. A Paralegal degree or certificate is preferred.
You will have a minimum of 9 years of experience working as a paralegal in a leading law firm, Big 4 accounting firm, and/or an in-house department of a multinational company
Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
