Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within Oracle EBS HCM.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring effective usage and adoption.
Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with Oracle EBS HCM implementations and process improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within Oracle EBS HCM to optimize HR functions and reporting capabilities.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials specific to Oracle EBS HCM.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS HCM system implementation and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and HR processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS HCM or project management are preferred.
