Overall control of assigned accounts and deliver the high level of customer service and operational performance , communicate and coordinate shipments according to the company policy , KPIs, tools and country regulations


Key Tasks


  • Liaise with DSV Origin /CT on all vendor / Supplier requirements.
  • Ensures continual improvement in data quality levels on systems.
  • Updates all special data fields in CW1 as per client reporting requirements.
  • Handover (Monitor) of all commercial shipping documents for Import shipments to Customs clearance desk specially C term shipments,
  • Following up with Customs clearance desk for all special cargo permits,
  • Ensure submission of all bayans and commercials docs plus translation to duties refund applications team,
  • Handling cargo claims in case of discrepancy or damage observation and ensure the incident is registered on DSV portal,
  • Timely and accurate update of operational discrepancies,
  • Schedule and lead top origin calls for process improvement and irregularity resolving,
  • Ensures strict adherence to DSV Code of Conduct.
  • Deal with overseas offices for freight movements and update to the local client,
  • Follow up with customs clearance team for on time clearance,
  • Deal with transportation team and outsource transporters,
  • Daily booking of vendor invoice through Webcost,
  • Follows up on cargo tracking & tracing with ground handling agent, carriers, DSV Control Towers and origin offices
  • Immediate notification to direct supervisor and/or Manager in case of any discrepancies.
  • Follow up (Monitor for error and missing documents to resolve) origin offices for missing documents, updates and service shortfalls.
  • Share AWBs/Bill of ladings instructions with origin offices,
  • Claim daily shipments on CW1 and review BLs upon departure from origin, 
  • All relevant conformity certificates and permits to be communicated before shipment leave origin
  • Update origin offices on trade compliance changes
  • Understands and ensures adherence to DSV Quality Policies, Standards and Guidelines (according to ISO 9’001, ISO 14’001 and ISO 18’001 certification) and ensures compliance to processes and procedures set in DSV shared point.
  • Ensures strict adherence to DSV Code of Conduct.
  • Billing per DSV Global KPIs,
  • Ensure maximizing Auto rating billing,
  • Any other Tasks assigned by immediate Manager
