Job Description
A Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's infrastructure, providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

- Forecast future network needs and plan for capacity expansion
- Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and operating systems with required applications.
- Plan and execute infrastructure and operating systems upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and requirements.
- Manage and maintain operating systems server, storage, and applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide technical support to end-users for infrastructure-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Document and share knowledge with the support team.
- Experienced in installing, managing, and maintaining Server Infrastructure" and " Cloud Platform & Infrastructure".
- Infrastructure support often requires 24/7 coverage, so shift work may be necessary.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Being on call to respond to urgent infrastructure issues outside of regular working hours may be required.
