About the position:SiFi is looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in initiating and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing funnels, analyzing and reporting on key data, and overseeing email marketing strategies. Your expertise will help us refine our approach and ensure we’re delivering impactful results at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts using SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 3+ years in a senior or specialist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a big plus
- experience with Fintech startup is a big plus
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for design and content quality is a plus
