Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the cybersecurity or digital transformation sectors, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation programs and improve sales collateral.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign success and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on cybersecurity or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a marketing team is preferred.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.

Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing, tailored to the cybersecurity or digital transformation sector.

Lead Generation: Proven track record in generating and nurturing leads through effective campaigns and marketing automation tools.

Market Research and Analysis: Capability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Campaign Management: Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, budget management, and performance analysis.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and senior leadership.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on ROI.

Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to marketing initiatives that differentiate the company in the cybersecurity or digital transformation market.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, industry trends, and organizational priorities.
