Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote bus services and elevate brand visibility.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Manage all marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize data to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Align marketing initiatives with company goals and operational plans.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on campaign performance and marketing outcomes.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, ideally within the transportation or travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a multinational company or with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience in brand management and customer relationship management.
  • Previous experience in leading a marketing team.
