Senior Manager - Structures and Roads

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Structures and Roads to join our ambitious team. As a Senior Manager in Structures and Roads, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a diverse range of projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and deliver impactful results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, government entities, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects that improve the lives of citizens and contribute to the Kingdom's ambitious development goals. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement while driving operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across all initiatives we undertake.

• Lead and manage structural and road engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee the preparation and review of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify potential challenges and mitigate impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
