This critical role involves leading and managing multiple projects within our portfolio, ensuring they align with strategic goals, are delivered on time, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project development from planning to execution, while ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to establish project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for project processes, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
- Monitor project performance against established milestones and KPIs, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform project strategy and execution.
