Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in creating a world-class entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Landscape Senior Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the landscapes of our projects.
In this role, you will establish, develop and manage public realm projects ensuring that all landscape projects reflect the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. You will lead a team of landscape professionals while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality landscape solutions that enhance the overall aesthetic and functional value of the developments.
Your expertise in landscape design and project management will be crucial in guiding your team to create engaging outdoor spaces that contribute to the overall success of Qiddiya’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of landscape architects and designers in delivering exceptional landscape projects across Qiddiya's portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic landscape design initiatives that align with the company’s vision and sustainability goals.
- Procurement and management of consultants in their delivery of public realm projects
- Manage consultants in their production of public realm planning documents such as, place and pattern books, guidelines and design manuals
- Create, develop and manage public realm projects / public realm aspects of projects as assigned
- Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of all landscape projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape design seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and local guidelines throughout all phases of landscape development.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Review project performance and outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay current with landscape architecture design trends, materials, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
