Senior Manager - HSE Systems and Reporting

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Manager - HSE Systems and Reporting. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of HSE systems and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting a safe working environment while effectively communicating HSE performance and compliance throughout the organization.

• • Analyze business processes to determine documentation requirements. Gather information through research, SME interviews, source documents, and review of existing documentation. Write various types of documentation, such as operational procedures, manuals, job aids, forms, and reference guides.
  • Updating and identifying improvement opportunities in the QIC HSE Management System ensuring compliance with ISO 45001. Keep accurate records of HSE MS reviews and updates.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate workplace incidents and injuries.
  • Review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and work with management to update HSE Management Systems to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
  • Participate in developing and promoting on and off-job safety educational programs, to address safety issues or concerns. Assigned tasks may include preparation of articles for publication, development of promotional materials, and delivery of presentations.
