Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is the driving force behind the development of Qiddiya City, a new global destination built on the philosophy of “play.” Located in the heart of the stunning Tuwaiq Mountains, just 40 minutes from Riyadh, Qiddiya City will bring people together in a vibrant and livable environment and will be Saudi Arabia’s capital for entertainment, sports and culture, offering a vast choice of recreational activities.
We are seeking an experienced visionary who “thinks big” for the role of Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Innovation. You will help shape and execute the digital strategy and drive innovation initiatives across the organization that deliver exceptional experiences to our visitors and residents of Qiddiya City.
Key Responsibilities
DIGITAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
- Support leadership in developing the digital strategy and roadmap in alignment with Qiddiya’s overall business objectives and market trends
- Identify new digital opportunities and revenue streams to enhance customer experience, engagement, and drive business growth
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to align digital initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT:
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends that can enhance Qiddiya’s offerings and operations
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions and business models
- Drive the digital-first approach across Qiddiya, ensuring seamless integration of digital technologies and processes
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digitalization and automation, improving efficiency and customer experience
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership and business units, to understand their digital needs and align strategies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, technology vendors, and industry expertise
