Responsibilities
- Support the Delivery Design Director with a focus on structural elements of the tennis centre project to ensure project time, cost and quality objectives are achieved.
- Leads the structural design process in coordination with external consultants and D&B Contractor from concept through to construction.
- Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.
- Analyzes structural systems, local market capability, buildability, safety in design to ensure design is optimized.
- Assist Cost Consultants assess the cost of design changes and track accordingly ensuring proper change management.
- Leads design progress reporting and analytics, highlighting risks and mitigations strategies
- Maximize collaborative working relationships within the D&B team.
