Role purpose:  
 


The Senior Manager, Demand and Distribution is responsible for the management of all distributors across Middle East and North Africa regions in all end-to-end supply chain processes, contracts, inventory management and close follow-up with distributors through periodic Stock Reports and aligning replenishment plans based on regular meetings and updates.
 


The position will also streamline the distribution system(s) within distributors serving BeiGene overall objectives and monitor the overall process starting from Plant dispatch, clearance and Outbound activities on a country-by-country level.
 


The Senior Manager, Demand and Distribution will be responsible of the overall monitoring of in market sales and stock levels at distributors end and make sure that the commercial team is very well informed about all plans and rectifying actions.
 


Key responsibilities and Tasks
 


Distributor Management:
    Management of all local distributors across Middle East and North Africa regions in all end to end supply chain processes and contracts.
    Inventory management and close follow up with distributors through weekly Stock Reports and aligning on replenishment plans based on regular meetings and updates
    Performance of all due diligences processes related to any new partner in the region.
    Streamline the distribution system within distributors and make sure to implement a system at their end which serves the company overall objectives.
    Support and Monitor the overall process starting from Plant dispatch, clearance and Outbound activities on country level and maintain company OTIF standards.
    Manage all distributors’ local activities including but not limited to debit notes, penalties, expiries and recall. 
    Renewal of contracts with existing distributors and assess the overall KPIs of partners.
Demand Management:
    Lead the overall pre-demand and demand S&OP cycles with sales, market access and regulatory teams and ensure forecast accuracy is improved through these meetings.
    Overall monitoring of in market sales and stock levels at distributors end and make sure that the commercial team is very well informed about all plans and rectifying actions.
    Align with all teams on the overall Supply Chain strategies and make sure that all programs are serving the best launches within the company through Early access program based on patient levels. Arrange with authorities on obtaining special import licenses to serve the program and patients.
Production and supply Management:
    Place the forecast upon aligning with the sales and marketing teams in APO system and make sure that it is aligned with the production frozen period.
    Lead regular meetings with the production & supply-chain regional & global teams to make sure that the changes to forecast are up to the minimal and that the overall plan is facing no production challenges
    Follow up on new launches and the creation of new artworks for different regions and make sure that all logistics and deliveries arrive in time upon obtaining distributors greenlight in each market.
Requirements: 
•    KSA & GCC experience is a must, 
•    A minimum of 7+ years’ Pharma industry/business experience, within different functional areas related to demand and distribution 
•    Arabic language is a must & Fluency in English language is required.
•    Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Computer Skills:  proficiency in all Office programs
Location:  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 
Travel Required: Availability to travel 10% of your time.
