• Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, as well as stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
• Manage and monitor all social media channels by tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on analytics and insights to the internal team and clients.
• Make sure team is creating content on social media that aligns with the brand's overall social media strategy.
• Use social media tools effectively to monitor, track, and analyze metrics related to online engagement, traffic, and overall brand awareness.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of numbers and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize social media campaigns.
• Knowledge in media and promotion strategies to drive effective and data-driven content distribution
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on managing social media campaigns and leading a team.
• Proven experience managing social media channels on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
