Octopus by RTG is hiring for a reputable consultancy firm in KSA a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Consultant with a strong background in Sustainability and Waste Management to lead our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on sustainability strategies, with a specific focus on waste management, environmental health, and national-level strategies. You will work closely with clients across various industries to help them achieve their sustainability goals, reduce environmental impact, and drive long-term value through sustainable business practices.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
• Lead sustainability consulting projects focused on waste management and environmental health, from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on national-level waste management strategies, value chain optimization, and the integration of national targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and programs tailored to client needs, particularly in waste management.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for sustainable innovation and improvement in waste management practices, with an emphasis on privatization levers and budgeting.
Project Management:
• Oversee multiple sustainability consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead project teams within the Transformation Management Unit, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients, clearly articulating findings and proposed actions, with a focus on achieving national sustainability targets.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
• Stay current with emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability, ESG, and waste management.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations on waste management strategies.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events focused on waste management and environmental health.
Business Development:
• Support business development activities by identifying new business opportunities in the waste management sector and contributing to proposal development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth in sustainability consulting services, particularly in waste management.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, particularly in waste management and environmental health.
