The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will manage the development and implementation asset management software solutions as per stakeholders' requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering EAM solutions such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle eAM, or other similar platforms.

Description
The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will be responsible for:
Gathering business requirements and engaging with key business stakeholdersSoftware selection, implementation, and lifecycle managementLeading cross-functional project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycleLeading the implementation of enterprise asset management solutions (e.g., IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, Oracle eAM), from initial planning to full deployment and post-implementation supportManaging ongoing system enhancements, change requests, upgrades, and improvements to maximise system performance, user adoption, and alignment with best practicesRecommending solutions that will improve asset management performanceServing as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and contractorsProviding regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and performance metrics
Profile
The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will be/have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plusProject Management or other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2)10+ years of experience in Technology Solutions, of which at least 5+ years must have been in Enterprise Asset Management SolutionsProven expertise in implementing and managing enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, particularly IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, Oracle eAM, or similar platformsStrong background in project management, with hands-on experience leading large-scale IT or business transformation projectsPreviously worked in Real Estate, Property or Construction companiesExperience in integrating EAM solutions with other business systemsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, guide decision-making, and drive resultsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingIn-depth understanding of asset management best practices, lifecycle management, and maintenance strategiesSolid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Based in/willing to relocate to RiyadhIdeally a Saudi national
