The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing design and engineering functions related to various building typologies such as educational, industrial, civic, sport, leisure, recreational, residential, hospitality, cultural, aviation, etc., ensuring that all architectural solutions are both innovative and aligned with industry standards.

In this strategic role, you will lead a team dedicated to the planning and execution of architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to drive projects from conception through to completion. Your expertise will guide best practices in design, safety, and sustainability while enhancing operational efficiency.

• Review design packages to ensure compliance with the client's procedures and local and international engineering codes and standards as listed in the clients's guidance.
• Review submissions for any deviation from the client’s Plan of Work and advise sectors and regions on submitting suitable requests for approval.
• Review and support the update of the client’s architectural procedures, guidelines, and manuals based on operational requirements and the technical needs and strategies of internal departments and sectors.
• Assist with the assessment criteria for the engagement of specialist technical companies.
• Assist with the management of specialist companies and subject matter experts.
• Perform technical evaluations and assist in commercial evaluations of technical services contracts.
• Make presentations to internal sectors and departments as required.
• Lead and participate in technical workshops for employees.
• Support team members to effectively improve team performance.
