  • Direct and oversee the team to achieve objectives and targets, ensuring effective management of marketing, porperty, leasing, customer service, and maintenance
  • Create and present annual plans and budgets, and establish policies and procedures to align with business goals and compliance standards
  • Explore and develop new opportunities and target potential customers and marketing strategies that can be implemented and targeted
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities, and recommend optimal pricing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets
  • Review and approve commercial documentation for compliance, oversee promotional events, and provide technical input for new development projects, ensuring project change management and adherence to control processes
  • Address and resolve issues promptly, ensure all communication materials are branded correctly
  • Provide technical inputs necessary to screen new development projects
  • Ensure all communication material and press releases are branded according to the guidelines
  • Prepare monthly reports for each project to include detailed status of progress, cost, HSE, quality and risk
