Senior KSA Lawyer



Riyadh International Based Positions โ€“ Legal International / Full-time / Hybrid

Your Main Responsibilities



+ Provide advice on corporate and commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with Gulf region regulations.
+ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
+ Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to mitigate potential risks.
+ Support corporate governance, including board meeting preparations and shareholder communications.
+ Manage disputes, coordinating with external legal advisors as needed.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business goals.
+ Develop and deliver training to promote legal awareness and compliance across the company.

Your Profile



+ A law degree with extensive experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail industries.
+ Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Gulf region.
+ Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate clear, precise contracts and agreements.
+ Experience handling legal disputes, including working with external counsel on cross-border issues.
+ Strong understanding of regulations such as data protection, consumer protection, and trade compliance.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with diverse teams.
+ High proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.
