What You'll Do


  • Responsible for the installation of kitchen equipment (including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers) in new projects and operational kitchens.
  • Manage the tagging of company assets and their transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.
  • Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for all operational equipment across kitchens in KSA.
  • Assist in supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.
  • Diagnose any malfunctions or faults in operating equipment within kitchens.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
  • Perform visual inspections and audits of all equipment in operational kitchens.
  • Evaluate and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

What Are We Looking For


  • Technically qualified and experienced in MEP, F&B, and kitchen equipment, including but not limited to Rational and Middleby equipment.
  • Skilled in the use of precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other electromechanical tools.
  • Proficient in electronic circuits.
  • Possess good reading skills and experience in kitchen layouts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hold a valid KSA iqama and driving license.
  • F&B experience is essential.
