What You'll Do
Responsible for the installation of kitchen equipment (including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers) in new projects and operational kitchens.
Manage the tagging of company assets and their transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for all operational equipment across kitchens in KSA.
Assist in supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.
Diagnose any malfunctions or faults in operating equipment within kitchens.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
Perform visual inspections and audits of all equipment in operational kitchens.
Evaluate and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
What Are We Looking For
Technically qualified and experienced in MEP, F&B, and kitchen equipment, including but not limited to Rational and Middleby equipment.
Skilled in the use of precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other electromechanical tools.
Proficient in electronic circuits.
Possess good reading skills and experience in kitchen layouts.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
