Responsibilities:
  • Manages the TOP Customers (National or regional) and ensures that the agreed Company sales targets will be delivered via the setting and achieving of long term profitable strategic growth targets in line with country sales strategy.


  • Responsible for preparing and implementing the KA business plan through achieving the sales and profitability targets via building up and developing strong business partnership with KAs.


  • Define & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth within the KA channel


  • Establish efficient relations with NKA, develop KA strategy, implement hoc Customer plan and execute all contract’s agreements 


  • Maximise the listing opportunities for the FHCS product range & promote the listing of newly developed products in major international accounts


  • Establish yearly Sales and Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix


  • Manage Performance of Distributor and prepare regular Business Review Meetings


Qualifications:
  • University degree


  • 5-7 years professional experience (in an FMCG environment) including active leadership for NKA business (annual negotiations & providing contracts)


  • Fluent English


  • Experience in managing center region key accounts is a must (Othaim & Carrefour) ande xperience in managing Eastern region key accounts is a plus (Tamimi & Farm)


  • Strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors


  • Full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate


  • Good understanding key financial figures


  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage change


  • Good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution
