Qualifications :
The Account Manager is essential for cultivating strategic partnerships within our client base by utilizing Pearson's content, resources, and collaborations. This role prioritizes expanding market share in KSA and the surrounding region while securing substantial institutional agreements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. Responsibilities include proposing and finalizing engagements that drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree (Technology background preferred).
- At least 5+ years of progressive sales experience, (Education sector preferred)
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, deliver results, and sustain performance in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, distribution channels, and key accounts management.
- Proven track record of developing and wining deals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and driving initiatives forward.
Key Accountabilities:
- Presenting solution capabilities to prospective clients.
- Consulting with clients on technology and support issues related to online learning environments.
- Selling and implementing innovative business models.

- Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients through on-site meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Demonstrating superior customer relationship management skills to establish rapport with end users and decision-makers.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and its current and prospective markets.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing large transactions and contracts to achieve substantial sales growth, including conducting presentations for higher education decision-makers.
- Delivering tailored higher education product presentations that meet customer’s specific needs.
- Transferring knowledge of higher education to new team members.
- Providing feedback to marketing and editorial colleagues regarding market needs to ensure our products align with customer requirements.
