Knowledge/Background eSense is looking for a passionate, talented and experienced Service Delivery and Operations Manager. As a Manager, your role will cover managing the overall delivery of IT services to clients or internal stakeholders. You should focus on maintaining service level agreements, ensuring service quality, and managing clients’ relationships., although key responsibilities are outlined below; you are expected to be familiar with existing and future various technologies, some of which may not be listed in the key responsibilities below.
