Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Senior IT Networks Support professional to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our network infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and security. You will play a critical role in diagnosing and resolving network issues, implementing network solutions, and optimizing network performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s network systems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Configure, install, and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, ensuring data protection and compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular network performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other IT services and systems.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and industry trends to enhance network capabilities.
- Provide expert technical support and training to junior staff and end-users as needed.
- Participate in network design and architecture discussions to align network growth with business objectives.
