Senior IT Delivery Manager

Riyadh, Dubai (if willing to travel)

Salt is currently working with a leading Global Consulting company who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Delivery Manager who has a deep technology background and significant consulting expertise, especially in the financial and banking industries. In this role, you will lead large-scale implementation projects throughout Saudi Arabia, driving transformation and delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale projects, overseeing project scope, resources, timelines, and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and project delivery.
• Guide and mentor project teams, providing continuous feedback and coaching to foster professional growth.
• Focus on building client capabilities through on-the-job coaching for lasting impact beyond the project’s conclusion.
• Act as a subject matter expert within your service area, offering valuable business insights and practical solutions to clients.
• Assist in the growth of the business by preparing proposals, participating in recruitment efforts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating training programs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting within the Financial & Banking sector
• A proven track record of personal growth and achievement.
• Experience managing complex projects or programs, with P&L responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and superior client relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Must have regional experience
• Arabic speaking highly desired
