Description
The Senior Information Security Architect will be responsible for:
Developing and aligning cybersecurity strategy with overall organisation strategy and objectivesArchitecting, developing, implementing and integrating security solutions and controls to safeguard critical data and systems against cyber threatsDefining secure coding standardsWorking closely with IT, network and operations teams to integrate security solutions seamlessly into IT systemsPeriodic security reviews to identify gaps in security architecture and supporting the development of a security risk management planOverseeing Information Security projectsMaintaining and continuously improving clear and accurate documentation of security policies, procedures and security system configurationsStaying up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity and suggesting improvements to security practices and technologies
Profile
The Senior Information Security Architect will be/have:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields of study5+ years of experience in Information Security, of which at least 2 years must have been in security architectureRelevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.)Strong knowledge of security architectures, frameworks, and technologiesExperience with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SAMA, NCA) and compliance auditsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to design scalable and effective security solutionsExcellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teamsExcellent stakeholder management skillsBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhA Saudi national
Job Offer
The salary for the Senior Information Security Architect will be between SAR 25,000-40,000 depending on level/depth of experience.
