JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior HSE Manager to oversee our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) efforts. Responsibilities
- Lead the HSE management system and ensure its continuous improvement across all projects.
- Develop, implement, and update HSE policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff and contractors to enhance HSE awareness and accountability.
- Collaborate with project management teams to incorporate HSE considerations into all phases of project planning and execution.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, ensuring alignment with laws and standards.
- Prepare detailed HSE reports, identifying trends and suggesting proactive measures to enhance safety.
- Remain current on HSE best practices, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
