JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a results-driven Senior HR Shared Services Consultant to enhance and optimize our HR service delivery function. In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that streamline HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the delivery of exceptional HR services to our diverse client base. You will serve as a strategic partner to various departments, employing your expertise to implement best practices and improve overall HR productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continually improve HR shared services processes and operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to the HR team and broader organization.
- Lead and mentor the HR shared services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and report generation to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR services with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations, safeguarding the organization against risks.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR processes for employees and managers, ensuring clarity and adherence to procedures.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives that enhance the employee experience and promote organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for all stakeholders.
