Senior Graphic Designer specializing in creating visual materials for
events, responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual identities
that align with the objectives of each event.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Create designs for invitations, signage, presentations, and printed
materials related to events.
Develop visual elements such as logos and posters specific to each
event.
Design digital marketing assets, including social media banners and
online advertisements.
Develop the visual identity for each event in line with the client’s
vision and goals.
Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery.
Meet event deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Propose creative design ideas to attract and engage the target audience.
Work closely with the AD and CD to define design deliverables and create
design directions based on project scopes.
Work closely with the events team to understand client needs and events
objectives.
Present creative ideas and design concepts to clients and internal
teams.
Make revisions based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor junior designers on large-scale projects.
Provide guidance and training for less experienced team members.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the
events industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
