Responsibilities
His responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintains and manages geospatial databases
· Ensures data integrity and security, and implements database backup and recovery procedures
· Participates in the design and development of geospatial databases
· Implements data models, structures, and schemas to ensure data accuracy and consistency
· Implements performance monitoring and tuning processes to ensure optimal database performance
· Provides technical support and assistance to geospatial users
· Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of geospatial database technologies and trends.

Job Requirements: The post holder will have the following background:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
· Certificate in GIS
Skills :
· Strong technical skills in enterprise geospatial database management and design
· Experience with database management systems and other database technologies
· Familiarity with geospatial data standards and policies
· Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners beyond the organization
Software skills:
· SQL Server,PostgreSQL, Oracle, Spatialite
· Experience required:
· 10+ years of experience in geospatial database management or administration roles
