As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at Salla. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and preparation of the rolling annual operating plan and monthly results analysis
- Work with the accounting team to ensure closing timeline and reporting requirements are met
- Combining multiple data sources to provide clear, granular, and easy-to-understand answers to business questions
- Provide valuable insights by identifying and tracking critical financial and non-financial success factors
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for financial analysis
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required
