Raytheon’s Program Cost Control team is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst. In this multi-functional finance role will be responsible for cost control, budgets, EACs, and other program disciplines within Program Finance as well as working across functional teams.
Your role as the Finance Business Partner will be specific to providing robust and accurate financial analysis across several programs, generation and analysis of cost data, and supporting management and program teams ensuring that finance is at the heart of the business. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia.
You will use your analytical and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and the various IPT stakeholders such as Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Engineering or Business Development, providing analysis and guidance to support leadership to take best business decision.
This unaccompanied position will be onsite in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a long-term international assignment with additional compensation.
Key Tasks for Success of the Team
- Understand and communicate the link between program and financial performance across the business providing insight for business leads and key stakeholders helping to shape decision making and business strategy
- Assist in the training and development of the finance team on all aspects of the finance life cycle.
- Continuously innovate, finding better ways to use information, make clear recommendation on your findings.
What You Will Do
- Participate in proposal pricing activities & Cost Volume Development by providing support for all phases of the proposal process - proposal development through negotiations.
- Analyze BOMs and BOEs ensuring reasonableness, adequate rationale and proper backup data for proposal development.
- Research and analyze historical data to support daily program inquiries and future proposal efforts.
- Support global supply chain in the timely and accurate development and processing on purchase order commitments.
- Assist and participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with global supply chain management and customer representatives.
- Execute financial analysis, research, budgets and forecasts to support business plans
- Identify risk / opportunities and early warning of issues.
- Consolidate financial data for various reviews (weekly bookings, sales, profit and cash calls, weekly Risk & Opportunity, Outlook, monthly forecast reviews, staffing planning, and various levels of internal leadership meetings).
- Assist in the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan (5 Year Plan) activities.
- Engage with the Finance Managers to ensure accurate and timely updates to the forecast system.
- Support Program monthly forecasting process and Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process making recommendations based on recent performance data to management.
- Utilize and create financial models to analyze the impact of current program data performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks and validations related to program financials.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion Planning / Hyperion Financial Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience turning complex financial data into management information, including relevant recommendations that align to the business’s strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to actively drive resolution on critical business challenges and key issues
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites when required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
