Raytheon Product Support team is seeking Senior Field Service Representative(s) (Electrical-Optical/Infrared - EO/IR) to provide field service support to Collins Aerospace in support of the Saudi Arabia Military Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) Sustainment Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) program.
RAIVEN can identify objects optically and spectrally simultaneously in real-time — a single electro-optical / infrared, or EO/IR, system has never been able to do this before. RAIVEN's 'intelligent sensing' capability uses artificial intelligence, hyperspectral imaging, and light detection and ranging, or LiDAR, to enable operators to see up to five times farther and clearer than traditional optical imaging. This helps increase platform survivability and gives the warfighter decision advantage over peer threats.
In this role, you will support overall system functionality, including interpreting messages and fault codes, as well as troubleshooting. You will effectively engage with all aspects of the engineering and maintenance departments of the customer. This process involves gathering data (such as field reliability, operator usage, and maintenance records) to identify technical issues, perform analysis, coordinate special investigations, provide strong customer support/interface, and implement corrective actions.
This Unaccompanied position will be onsite in an undisclosed location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for an international assignment with additional compensation.
Position will start in the US for 6 months and then deploy to location for long term assignment.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
