Senior Executive Manager - Rewards & Analytics
Job Description
This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness by aligning workforce planning, organizational design, job evaluation, and HR budgeting with the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, the role requires expertise in managing the offer release process, ensuring alignment with salary structures, internal equity, and candidate profile assessment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on planning, development initiatives, and compensation strategies that drive long-term organizational success.
Key Accountabilities:
1-
Workforce Planning and Organizational Development:
- Analyze current workforce demographics, identify gaps, and forecast future needs to ensure the organization has the talent required to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with business units to develop workforce strategies that align with short- and long-term organizational objectives.
- Facilitate organizational design initiatives that enhance business efficiency, streamline processes, and support company growth. - Provide recommendations on change management and organizational restructuring to support evolving business needs.
2- Job Evaluation, Job Design, and Descriptions:
- Lead the development and maintenance of job descriptions across the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. - Conduct job evaluations to assess the relative value of each position and ensure consistent application of salary structures. - Collaborate with department heads to design roles that meet operational requirements and foster employee engagement. - Ensure that all job descriptions are legally compliant and updated to reflect evolving duties and responsibilities.
3- Offer Management and Compensation Analysis:
- Manage the offer release process by assessing candidate profiles, evaluating their qualifications, and determining appropriate compensation packages. - Ensure alignment with the company’s salary structure and internal equity policies while maintaining market competitiveness. - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to assess candidates against internal benchmarks and job levels, ensuring offers reflect internal parity.
4- HR Budgeting and Reporting:
- Partner with finance and HR leadership to develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. - Analyze and report on HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for leadership. - Prepare forecasts and financial projections for workforce planning initiatives to inform decision-making.
5- Strategic HR Projects:
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic HR projects, such as talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. - Provide consultation to senior management on HR trends and best practices that could impact long-term strategic goals. - Perform other strategic tasks as assigned by HR leadership to support organizational development and business growth.
Skills
Experience in workforce planning, job evaluation, organizational development, and compensation management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Bachelor's Degree Experience in workforce planning, job evaluation, organizational development, and compensation management. Proficiency in HR systems, budgeting exercises, and data reporting and visualization.
