The Role:

We are looking for young, energetic, and motivated "Senior Estimator Heavy Civil"to join our team and grow with us! We have upcoming opportunities available across the Kingdom.

Specialized in:

• Marine
• Infrastructure & Heavy Civil
• Complexes such as airport terminals, stadiums & museums

The major responsibilities will include:

• Develop estimates from first principles.
• Carryout material and subcontracts adjudication.
• Contribute to technical proposal deliverables.
• Prepare Top Sheet & indirect cost estimate.
• Lead & defend proposal presentation to higher management.
• Lead post-award hand over.

Minimum requirements:

• B.Sc. Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years diversified experience including preferably 2 years on site and over 5 years as a Sr. Estimator.
• Expertise in one of the areas listed above (Marine, Infra or complex structures).
• Advance skill level in Estimation Software preferably CCS.
• Cost awareness, technical knowledge & understanding of execution methodology.
• High level of systematic & analytical thinking
