We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise architecture frameworks. The candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s enterprise architecture strategies, aligning IT and business goals, and ensuring best practices are applied throughout the engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Architecture Framework Development:
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
- Supervise the creation and evolution of enterprise architecture models.
- Ensure the architecture framework supports scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
Program Management:
- Lead and manage Enterprise Architecture (EA) programs from inception to execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain architecture governance and ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Provide oversight and direction to cross-functional teams in implementing EA initiatives.
Methodology and Framework Application:
- Leverage the NORA methodology, TOGAF®, and COBIT frameworks to deliver comprehensive EA solutions.
- Promote adherence to EA methodologies and standards across the organization.
- Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with industry best practices and frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units, providing insights and recommendations for architecture-related decisions.
- Develop and present detailed reports and visual models to communicate architecture strategies and progress.
Certification and Knowledge Sharing:
- Utilize TOGAF®, COBIT, or equivalent certifications to drive architectural improvements.
- Mentor and guide teams on EA principles and methodologies.
Key Qualifications and SkillsExperience:
- Minimum of 10 years in Enterprise Architecture, with a proven track record of managing and executing large-scale EA programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in supervising the development of enterprise architecture models.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of NORA methodology, TOGAF®, and COBIT frameworks.
- Familiarity with current technologies, trends, and best practices in Enterprise Architecture.
Certifications:
- TOGAF® Certified or COBIT Certified (or equivalent certification).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating visual and conceptual architecture frameworks.
