Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Safety: Implement and maintain field electrical safety work processes and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Operations Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering operations, including CSU work, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
• Global Collaboration: Work effectively with global teams, providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Network Utilization: Leverage a broad network within AP (engineering and operations) to address and solve complex electrical engineering challenges.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in electrical engineering processes and practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of electrical engineering activities, projects, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 20 years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in industrial gases production.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Skills :
  • In-depth knowledge of field electrical safety work processes and standards.
  • Proven leadership skills in operations and CSU work.
  • Strong track record of working with global teams and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Extensive network within AP (engineering and operations) and the ability to leverage it effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent.
• Additional Experience: Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects and implementing cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions.
