To lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of program management activities, ensuring effective scheduling, planning, implementation and monitoring of multiple projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives efficiently

Description
Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations, to ensure alignment with program objectives and milestonesOversee and maintain project management methodologies and tools for effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities.Monitor program progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize resource utilization.Monitor the development and maintenance of program budgets, tracking actual costs against planned expenditures and identifying variances for analysis and corrective actionOversee the establishment of cost management processes and controls to monitor expenses, ensure compliance with financial policies, and optimize resource allocation. Lead high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance against established goals and objectives.Oversee the development and implementation of document management systems and tools to facilitate version control, access management, and retrieval of program-related documentsEnsure proper maintenance of program documentation including contracts, agreements, change orders, and project deliverables, in accordance with document control standards.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or any other related fieldMinimum of 18+ years of experience overseeing program management, planning, project controls, cost, scheduling for mixed use projects5+ years experience working in KSAPMC, Contractor and Client side experience a must have
