As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with Software Engineering, QA, and Product teams across time zones to create and maintain scalable, reliable release pipelines. Your role will be essential in supporting production systems, ensuring stability, and driving infrastructure automation while upholding security and compliance best practices.
About the Job
This role would help build the distributed system that allows our engineering teams to deploy our platform in multiple geographies across various deployment solutions. The position will closely work with our functional Heads within the software, QA and product teams to deliver scalable and customisable release pipelines.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and infrastructure.
Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stack.
Deploy and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and stability.
Participate in the on-call rotation for incident response and support.
Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
Develop automation scripts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
Proficiency with:
+ Kubernetes and Helm
+ Docker and containerization technologies
+ Terraform for infrastructure automation
+ CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
+ Any major cloud provider (OCI, AWS, or GCP)
+ Linux system administration
+ Shell scripting (Python experience is a plus)
Working knowledge of:
+ Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent)
+ Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
+ Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
+ Log analysis and debugging
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the fintech industry or other highly regulated environments.
Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, OCI, or Kubernetes-related certifications)
