Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools to optimize the software development lifecycle and ensure high availability and scalability of production environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of production environments
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
  • Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and applications
  • Write and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes, including edge computing
  • Mentor the team and explain DevOps concepts, best practices, and edge computing principles to team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Strong understanding of networking and security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of database administration and optimization
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience
