Senior Design Director (Residential)

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a world-class entertainment, cultural, and tourism destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a talented and visionary Senior Design Director (Residential) to lead the design of residential projects that align with our ambitious vision. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the overall design direction and quality of residential developments, ensuring they reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.

• Lead the design process for residential projects, establishing a clear vision and design language that embodies the Qiddiya brand.
• Oversee and manage all phases of design development, from conceptualization to detailed design and execution.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project objectives and vision.
• Review and provide guidance on design proposals, ensuring they meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct design presentations and reviews with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback and ensure design excellence.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into all residential projects, promoting environmental responsibility.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate successful project delivery.
