Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Delivery Director - Hospitality Assets to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile hotels within a giga-project initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality construction delivery, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivery to the highest standard, with exceptional time and commercial management.

The client is a major development entity spearheading one of the most ambitious giga-projects in Riyadh, aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative. This project aims to diversify the economy, boost tourism, and enhance the overall quality of life in the Kingdom.

Description



Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the overall delivery strategy for hospitality assets, ensuring alignment with the project's vision and objectives
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hospitality construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget specifications
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and local authorities, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in hospitality design and construction
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Middle Eastern market including local customs and regulations, is highly desirable



Profile



Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience, must have A-Z delivery experience of hotels, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
Project Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering large-scale hospitality projects on time and within budget.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and hospitality design standards
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
