About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Sales Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. This role will focus on empowering our sales operations through data-driven strategies and experiments. You will play a critical role in transforming complex sales data into actionable insights, ensuring that our executive teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. If you have a passion for data storytelling, visualization, and driving business impact through analytics, this role is for you. Fluency in Arabic is required as you will be working closely with Arabic-speaking stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the sales operations team to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and experiments.
+ Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
+ Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executive and cross-functional teams.
+ Lead the development of key sales metrics, KPIs, and targets to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
+ Provide support for ongoing sales operations and business needs, including ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas of interest.
+ Communicate insights and recommendations effectively, tailoring the presentation to the audience, including non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
+ Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines for sales analytics.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and sales operations.
Key Requirements
+
Experience:
+ 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on sales or sales operations analytics.
+ Previous experience in a B2B SaaS organization or similar sales led companies in GTM roles
Technical Skills: + Advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
+ Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as
Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
+ Strong background in data modeling and working with large datasets.
+ Experience with data warehouses (e.g. Postgres, Redshift)
+ Familiarity with CRMs and experience in analyzing CRM data
+ Familiarity with DBT and versioning tools like Git
Analytical Skills: + Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
+ Experience in developing and tracking KPIs, sales metrics, and targets.
+ Experience in creating methods for monitoring the business and working with statistical models - advantage.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Communication: + Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills to effectively communicate findings to executive teams.
+ Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
