Senior Data Analyst - People Analytics



Riyadh Data – Data Analytics / Full-Time / On-site As a Senior Data Analyst - People Analytics , you will be pivotal in leveraging data to drive strategic HR and performance initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance employee experience, optimize workforce planning, and improve organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with HR, talent teams, finance, and leadership to provide data-driven insights, ensuring our people analytics strategies foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities



+ Organize, audit, cleanse, and maintain HR and people data to ensure data quality and compliance with data protection regulations and Saudi labor laws.
+ Develop, maintain, and improve data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports for key stakeholders in HR, talent acquisition, performance management, and executive teams.
+ Provide routine and ad-hoc reports, supporting metrics for talent management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and performance trends.
+ Partner with HR and performance management teams on initiatives like workforce planning, employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, and compensation analysis.
+ Collaborate with performance management teams to analyze employee KPIs and performance review outcomes, providing data that supports a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
+ Drive and analyze employee feedback from engagement and performance surveys, presenting findings to support organizational strategies and talent development.
+ Collaborate with other data analysts across the organization to enhance our people analytics capabilities and ensure data consistency.
+ Work closely with IT and HRIS teams to align data sources, enhance data architecture, and streamline data processes for improved reporting on people performance and HR metrics.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR and performance analytics, suggesting new approaches or tools that could benefit our analytics function.

Requirements



+ 5+ years in data analysis, preferably within a people analytics, HR, or performance analysis function.
+ Experience with HRIS systems, performance management tools and frameworks, and data warehouse integration; knowledge of HR policies and practices around employee data
+ Proven experience in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation.
+ Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
+ Proficiency in SQL and Python
+ Strong ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences, enabling stakeholders to make data-informed decisions.
+ Experience working closely with senior HR and performance leaders, with an ability to influence and drive outcomes.
+ A strategic thinker who can analyze data with attention to detail, solve complex problems, and adapt to evolving needs
+ Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with high quality.
+ Understanding of Saudi Labor Law, employee data privacy, and maintaining data security.
